After honing her skills in customer service over several years, Jenna has developed a solution-oriented approach to all she does, whether it’s scheduling projects, coordinating client meetings or resolving technical issues. A natural critical thinker, she consistently finds innovative solutions to support the broader LWS Marketing team.

Collaborating closely with Libby, Head of Client Services & Operations, and Sarah, Strategic Marketing Expert & Brand Guardian, Jenna serves as ‘the glue’ in the team. With her keen attention to detail, she meticulously organises and coordinates project activities, providing the kind of support that ensures all team members are able to carry out client work efficiently and expertly. In short, Jenna is known for her ability to always get things done.

Outside of work, Jenna leads a busy life as a devoted mother caring for her family. She has a passion for musicals and theatre, and is also a talented singer herself.
