With a strong background in sales and marketing, Libby is experienced in simultaneously managing multiple brands, launching new ones, and rescuing those at risk. An early career milestone for Libby was working her way up to becoming the Head of Marketing for a large training company. The business was later sold to a private equity firm to the tune of £20 million; the brand value of which Libby had helped to grow.
Libby has a laser-like focus on commercial value, always asking the question:
“Will this bring my client the results they’re looking for – will it be profitable?”
Libby began working with LWS in 2018, and is a talented portfolio manager. As Head of Operations, and in close contact with Claire as CEO and Sarah as Strategic Marketing Expert & Brand Guardian, Libby manages the daily operations of a broad range of projects, both large and small, for LWS’ clients. In her role as Head of Client Services, optimisation is a key area for Libby. She places great importance on helping clients’ teams internally to ensure that sales and marketing processes mutually support one another in order to maximise return on investment.
Libby enjoys seeing the results from her work. An expert in lead generation, specialising in Google Ads and SEO, she loves to see pre-qualified leads come rolling in for clients’ businesses.
Libby is an avid fan of musicals and a very talented singer, who relishes car karaoke sessions on long trips.
