As the owner of this leading provider of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), protective clothing, workwear and accessories, Jim oversees business strategy, research and development, financial planning, team management and accountability. As the business grew it became more apparent to Jim that they had ‘great potential and many untapped opportunities’.

Additional marketing support was needed but the management team wanted a fresh and adaptable approach to the business, which could be achieved by employing the services of outsourced experts, instead of setting up a big marketing team in-house.

Taking a structured approach, LWS put together a marketing strategy which the company’s brand messaging and created consistency, and a marketing communications plan to make the most of different marketing channels and more effectively reach and engage their target audiences. Initial work included a complete re-design and copywriting of their website, graphic design and a range of technical projects.

Over the years that LWS has been working with the company, the team has worked with the in-house marketing manager on several web projects, a full and ongoing SEO programme, social media management, email marketing campaigns, graphic design work, photoshoots and many other projects.
