Claire

Since founding LWS in 2001, Claire has focused on working with the owners of manufacturing, engineering, electronics, aviation and other B2B companies to help them achieve their business goals.

In the years previous, Claire gained indispensable B2C experience from her management role on the e-commerce team at Homebase, where she launched the brand’s first UK based transactional website to market.

In 2023, Claire moved into her role as CEO to concentrate her extensive knowledge of (primarily) B2B and B2C, and leverage her own business experience, to identify and fully understand her clients’ needs. This move opened the door for Libby, Head of Client Services & Operations, to take over the daily management and strategic development of delivering LWS services.

Claire sees LWS as a natural extension of our client’s in-house teams:

A lover of the great outdoors and green spaces, Claire often goes walking and kayaking during her free time. Always keen on broadening her horizons through travel, Claire enjoys planning trips abroad and here in the UK.
